Real Growth Takes Work
You already know something needs to change. Maybe you’re tired of reacting the same way, feeling stuck, or struggling in your relationships. Coaching gives you a space to slow down, get honest, and understand what’s really going on beneath the surface. I’m here to walk alongside you as you do the hard work of understanding yourself, challenging what’s holding you back, and becoming the man you want to be.
Understand what matters
Discover Your Values

The better you understand what matters most to you, the better you can understand how you want to live your life. Through deep reflection, you’ll uncover what drives you, what you stand for, and the beliefs and patterns that shape your choices. From there, you can begin to align how you live with the man you want to be.
Challenge your beliefs
Update Your Beliefs

We all carry beliefs and stories that shape how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Through honest conversation, you’ll explore where those beliefs came from and decide what you want to keep, what you’re ready to let go of, and what needs to change. You get to decide whether it’s still the story you want to live by.
Doing the hard work
Change Your Story

Your past may have shaped your story, but it doesn’t have to dictate your future. Doing the “hard work” means recognizing your triggers, understanding the feelings behind your reactions, and learning to respond instead of react. Little by little, you’ll work on replacing old behaviors with healthier ones and taking responsibility for the choices you make moving forward.

“Sergio helped me through one of the hardest periods of my life with a lot of empathy, care, and support. He really listened, checked in regularly, and held me accountable without ever making me feel judged. He helped me focus on what mattered to make real change in my life. Our sessions were more than just conversations, they gave me the structure and support I needed to make meaningful progress toward my goals.”

“Working with Coach Surge gave me a space to slow down and really look at myself. I came in thinking I needed to figure out what to do next, but the conversations helped me understand why I was reacting to things the way I was. I walked away with more clarity about who I am, what matters to me, and what I need to work on. The questions weren’t always easy, but that’s what made the coaching valuable.”
Alex C.

“I thought coaching was going to be someone telling me what I should do. That’s not what happened with Coach Surge. He asked questions that made me challenge some of the things I had always believed about myself. I started seeing how some of my own thinking was keeping me stuck. I’m still doing the work, but I feel more confident, more intentional, and more aware of the man I want to become.”

Coaching Philosophy
I believe everyone is capable of change; however, like any discipline worth pursuing, it is “Hard Work”. Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Coaching is like having a personal trainer for the mind, where I facilitate your deep thought and emotional workouts, keep you accountable and push you to do just one more EQ rep. If you are very disciplined, you might be able to make small changes on your own, but it will be much harder for very small gains.
Growth is difficult and everyone develops at a different pace. I don’t promise it will be easy, but I do promise results, if you’re willing to do the work. With our EQ coaching, you will be surprised at the emotional gains and personal growth you’ll notice almost immediately.
It’s about understanding yourself better; your emotions, beliefs, and behaviors and how they affect your relationships and decisions. Together, we do the hard work of helping you become more intentional in how you live and relate to others.
No. Therapy often explores mental health concerns and helps address emotional distress. Coaching focuses on self-awareness, personal growth, and the changes you want to make moving forward. Coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment when that’s needed.
That’s okay. You don’t need to have all the answers before we start. Through conversational discovery, we’ll explore what matters to you, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and help you gain clarity on what you want to do differently.
Expect honest conversations, thoughtful questions, and a space where you can speak openly without feeling judged. I won’t tell you how to live your life. I’ll help you work through what’s holding you back, discover your own answers, and take ownership of the changes you want to make.
